Terms of Service

These terms explain how Dogwood Digital INC provides professional software, technology, infrastructure, cybersecurity, vendor-coordination, and managed IT services to business clients.

Professional Service Usage

Dogwood Digital INC provides software design, custom development, cloud migration, system integration, managed IT, cybersecurity, data protection, AI and analytics integration, and technology implementation support for legitimate business purposes. Services are defined in a written proposal, invoice, statement of work, or service agreement before payment.

Dogwood Digital INC is not a financial institution, money transmitter, escrow service, marketplace, payment facilitator, or payment processor. We do not sell regulated financial products, provide investment advice, process payments for third parties, or hold client funds on behalf of others.

Payments and Billing

Payments may be processed securely through Stripe or another approved payment provider. Fees, milestones, deliverables, subscription terms, and one-time project costs will be disclosed before payment is collected. By submitting payment, the client confirms authorization to purchase the agreed services.

All invoices are billed in USD unless a written proposal, statement of work, or service agreement states otherwise. Dogwood Digital INC does not store full credit card numbers on its servers.

Service Delivery Policy

Dogwood Digital INC provides digital and professional technology services. Services are delivered remotely, digitally, or through agreed milestones such as discovery documents, software builds, cloud configuration, security reviews, technical reports, implementation support, and maintenance tasks. No physical shipping is required for standard service engagements.

Refunds, Cancellations, and Dispute Resolution

Milestone-Based Refunds

Because many services involve custom development, planning labor, software licensing, vendor coordination, and deployed infrastructure, refunds are evaluated based on the completed and accepted project milestones in the applicable statement of work.

Cancellations

Clients may request cancellation with 14 days’ written notice unless a separate agreement states otherwise. Work already completed, activated third-party licenses, deployed infrastructure, domain purchases, software subscriptions, and vendor fees are non-refundable once they have been activated or consumed.

Disputes

Billing or delivery concerns should be sent to ariel@dogwooddgtaa.com. We aim to review and respond to disputes within 5 business days.

Client Responsibilities

Provide accurate business, technical, and billing information.
Approve access to systems, hosting, domains, data, or vendor accounts needed to complete the project.
Use delivered systems lawfully and in accordance with applicable third-party platform rules.
Review deliverables within the agreed acceptance period.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dogwood Digital INC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Total liability for a specific service engagement is limited to the amount paid for the disputed service, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
